I only gave them a one because there wasn?t an option for anything less. When I received my pizza tonight it was the wrong... pizza. I immediately called the restaurant and the kid that answered asked if I got the Philly Cheesesteak pizza and I respondedyes. He then told me that I needed to hold on and wait for the manager. I told him I didn?t want to wait for the manager, I justwanted my pizza. He told me to hold on. He never did put the call on hold and I could hear the manager and the kid talking aboutme. The manager got in the phone and the issue escalated from there. She was rude, disrespectful and a horrible representationof this business when I asked for a refund after going round and and round with her, she stated that I would have to go therefor my refund. I?m not sure who owns this place but there have to be better managerial candidates than this girl. Read more
Their pizza is really good, I think the best in town. It's a shame that this location cannot deliver a correct/complete order.... Last time, they did not bring the salad with the pizza. This time they did not bring the drink. Three strikes your out. Read more

Unfortunately I love Dominoes because this one is awful they allow the staff to speak to customer?s as they please I had a huge... issue with undercooked beef, pork, and chicken and paid allot for my order and the shift manager Tabbi was allowed to treat mewith disrespect she will get ?talked? to?. For not only not trying to resolve my problem but hanging up on me twice making itclear she was not concerned about the repercussions from the store manager, I asked that she call and apologize and that thesupervisor call me that never happened but when I called to get the order replaced a week later the supervisor was working atthe store and said she never found time? then wanted to only replace the undercooked items which was 4 of the six items Iordered because the staff pulled my food early from the oven due to having a time to meet! She did replace the whole order butwas reluctant, was my issues resolved?NO! Hopefully the corporate office will be more understanding and make sure all of theiremployees treat customer?s better and retrain at all level?s not only safe handling procedure?s but how important customersatisfaction is, will update this review until then beware that your food is cooked because if not getting the problem resolvedis like pulling teeth and the staff will most definitely not be required to treat you with respect don?t expect it! - 0 on rating! Sorry as Sorry can get. Ordered for delivery. Said it would be hour to hour and 30 minutes. 2 hrs later called in... to see where our food was. Said sent out here, no one here and no one answered on phone. Three problems!!!! Front door open, Camera on. No phone call. No one even tried delivering here. So was told could not redeliver here, we would have to pick up.That's wrong!!!! We called in for delivery. Had another company delivered with no problems. Good bye Domino's!!!!!!!!! Very disappointed in this dominos not specifically Just one specific location. But dominos in general is ripping its loyal... customers off with the quantity they give you in these containers. If that?s the case then mines well advertise this as a littlesauce dip then a whole pie container. Read more
We were glad to find this Domino's open late and have a drive thru window, as we were on a trip. The photo has helpful info... about ordering & picking up. The staff was kind and gave us napkins & plates so we could eat on the road. The only glitch wasthat after the online pizza tracker said our order was boxed & ready, we had to wait, as it was still in the oven. For a fivestar review, I'd like to have the food ready when the Domino's Pizza Tracker says it is. Read more
Don't work here. Not even for spare cash like I tried to do. It's been 2 weeks since I was supposed to be paid, and the manager... just messaged me right before closing telling me the check was delivered to the store right before Thanksgiving. This is afterBianca kept dodging my phone calls, and the managers hid in the office rather than speak to me. Also they'll drop the pans onthe floor and still cook food on them without washing them. Terrible place with juveniles working there. You can't keep people'smoney from them and expect a good review. I'll never order from this Domino's, if I want Pizza I'll go to Pizza and hut orLittle Caesar's. Read more
