Food is fresh and staff is always friendly. Only 4 stars because something is always broken.
The night shift lead was extremely rude, at times seemed combative. I also did not receive an item from my order and when I went... back up there I needed to add another item for a family member. While in the window to pay and receive my item they didn't putin the bag, he started yelling at the window employee and swearing at him before checking to see why I was being charged forfood. After hearing that I added something while at the speaker, he threw the bag on the countertop while looking at me throughthe window with aggression. JD as it states on the receipt, does not deserve to be a shift manager/ team leader for thisestablishment. When I asked for the general managers/district managers number I was told, "I'm not worried about it" no employeeshould be afraid to speak out against a manager that is being aggressive. When I pulled up to the speaker box I was greeted with"welcome" and that's all, but I also didn't hear him that well so I replied "I'm sorry?" Was met with "order when you're ready" I've worked for plenty fast food places and that was never an acceptable greeting. Another thing Is when my sister and herboyfriend ordered food from there along with the whole family, my sister and her boyfriend immediately got sick, had foodpoisoning from eating the burgers. We ordered 4 cheese cakes and they did not give them to us and we also have hard burger buns on our burgers and we hade a lot... more than that in the past with them and I do not recommend coming to this jack-in-the-box we have had really bad experiencewith them I would rather go to the jack-in-the-box in Liberty Read more

Well just when i thought this place couldnt get any worse! Ordered a large meal and received the smallest portion of fries... ever....not to mention the tacos were fried til they were burnt....and my Sourdough Jack came with 2 slices of white bread!!Tried to call and get a manager and nothing.....atleast the old transmission shop that was here in the 90's cared about theircustomers....place should be bulldozed and a Chickfila or Another gas station would be useful....do yourself a favor and eatanywhere other than this place! I want my money back hell even the dog won't eat it! Read more
