Walked in at 1pm to not a single hot and ready item. Not even crazy bread. They weren't busy or anything, they appeared to just... be lazing around instead of doing their job. One of the employees was even making pizzas with one hand while holding their phonein the other hand, for minutes at a time. In the meantime while I waited, another customer walked in and commented how her pizzastill wasn't ready, and a second gentleman walked in, saw that there were no hot and read pizzas, and walked back out. Nogreeting from employees or anything. Can't say I'd reccomend anymore at all at this point unless you want sub-par cheap pizzathat you still have to wait 15 minutes for. Read more
Worse place to order pizza. The one in Crosby does a better job. I called the store phone while I was in the store and it seems... that they have it unplugged. Ordered an online order at 11:00 for pick up at 12:00. Stopped to pick up our pizza and all lights are off, they will not answer... the phone and the door is locked. They charged my card and sent a confirmed email stating they received my order and it would beready at 12:04. Called customer service and of course they?re closed as well. Read more
Ordered the new fanceroni pepperoni. Advertised as having 100 pepperonis all the way to the edge of the pizza. Neither of those... things were true. My 6 year old can make a better looking pizza. Tastes exactly like the regular ol pepperoni pizza. So Iessentially paid $3 more for a name. Also my stuffed crust pizza was not cut at all. Do better Read more
Never has "Hot and Ready" pizzas.. if you order a deep dish and they are slightly busy they will not cook it thoroughly. Ours... was still dough in the middle. Ordered extra most bestest and received the regular on more than one occasion. Sad it's the onlylocation in the area so it is what it is. Read more
