I loved this particular location when I first moved to Dayton. In fact, it was the McDonald?s I would go to. Now, they are... horrible. The last straw was yesterday when everything on my order was a mess. No fries in the happy meals, my fries and thekids chicken nuggets were cold, the mayo for my sandwich was inside the box instead of on the sandwich, and I was given avanilla shake (that my daughter said had NO flavor) instead of the strawberry that I ordered. I hate complaining about a place but this is bad. I went through the drive through and the employee was down right rude about... taking my order. I didn't complain. Went to the first window and he was annoyed that I was even there. Made it to the secondwindow and the employees were cussing pretty loud. I was leaving and notice they forgot something. It happens not a big deal. Iwent back in to get my items and the person behind the counter was rude. I wasn't mad I just ask for my pancakes. The ladyputting the orders together was very helpful and polite. I wished them a blessed day. The employee taking orders said whatever.Wow. Sorry McDonald. Lazy customer service! Never gets orders right. When you go through the drive through and order something they repeat it back... but you get up to the line and they don't ring it up. So you got to drive up and ask them to add what you asked them at thespeaker! Like get it together already. Can't handle double lines that's why they can't get orders right, what's the necessity ofthe double line when they can't handle a single line and even with a double line they still have it backed up due to the factthat they are slow and playing around! Get some better leadership with these places I know McDonald's is individually ownedfranchises but mostly all of them except a few depending on your location it's all the same. Lazy workers, rude workers, wrongorders, they slap food together so it falls all over the box! No pride in work ethics but want a 15 dollar pay, well put in 15dollar effort, realize a 15 dollar pay is asking for AI replacement which honestly at this point would be way better service.And the orders would be fresh, correct and they won't complain about wages they don't deserve! Also I am not trying to pay $20dollars for a meal that will be slapped together and cold nasty fries that sat for hours probably being cooked with week oldoil. Read more
