People behind the counter turning business away so they can clean. It won't be long before this business goes under when it's... mismanaged like this. Read more

Don't miss this little secret in the mall at daytona! Best pretzels I've ever had and comes with the best icing dip ive ever... had! They were so busy and a long line but it was so worth it and the customer service was superb. The guy cooking the pretzelswas a very hard worker and was so cool how quick he made his masterpieces!!! Do not miss this place!!! Top 5 stops in all ofDaytona!! If you don't believe me check them out and see for yourself!!!! Read more

As my very 1st ever Auntie Annie's Pretzels visit, I decided to try this Auntie Anne's Volusia Mall west entrance location,... during an scenic walking exercise session. However, I left with a Bad taste for the business. AS, this was an highlyanticipated opportunity to taste what smelled & looked to possibly be an absolutely delicious chewy pretzel treat. I stoodpatiently in line to buy a large hot pretzel for 51.5 mins, all the while observing: (1.) a 3 person employee profanity filledargument about who's break time it was; (2.) a what appeared to be a crew leader's or location manager's guided new employee, 2person orientation training session on the ice cream/shaved ice machine assembly; (3.)a new hire cashier totally unfamiliar withthe cash register & unable to make change for a cash purchase b/c register has large bills only; (4.) and another femaleemployee crouched in the corner lovingly admiring her new extreme long pointed shaped canary yellow claw fingernails clearlyhiding behind the hot dog machine on the phone discussing who's keeping her 3 babies when she clocks out and meets her datetonight. Needless to say, I exited the line and have lost all future desire for a visit to dear Auntie Annies', as well asperhaps the Doordash driver. And relieved my pent-up frustration with a little J.C.Penny retail therapy and deleriously laughedout loud when observing seemingly the same scene at Auntie A's place when existing the mall after my therapy session. **Now Iunderstand the Volusia Mall's decline** But, I will miss the my beloved childhood mall. But not Auntie Annie's. But as aChristian, I do wish her ownership well, in their business endeavors. Success in business requires: A great realistic businessplan, great location, excellent product &staff, superior plan execution, stellar customer service, certainly not theleast....Cleanliness and Professionalism. My friend Sheldon and I love coming to this Auntie Anne's. The pretzel nuggets are great (Sheldon for scale). I don't always see... jalapeno pretzels here though; rather disappointed, concerning that subject. But the pretzels they do have are great. You caneat them in the mall or even in your car; they're awesome like that. 10/10 would come back again! Read more

Nice soft & warm fresh pretzels with cheese dip really hit the spot for a quick snack. The frozen lemonade drinks they have... there are pretty good so I am looking forward to trying more flavors sometime soon. The stand was clean and the staff werepretty friendly. The only bad thing about this location is that the price was a bit higher and the sauces were twice the pricethan the other locations. Read more
