I used to love going there. But today's experience wasn't that great. Our waitress wasn't friendly at all (only got a bit... friendlier later when bringing the check. Before she had an annoyed tone (like when I ordered "ok anything else" - sounded likewe're bothering her - and I'm a very friendly person). Brought us our drinks without saying anything, no smile nothing. Threwadditional straws on our table. When bringing the food she placed it on the table without a word or smile. No "enjoy" oranything. My son ordered additional ranch and she had her finger in the cup. Also then no friendly word or anything. Inaddition to that when I asked her if the Thai Curry sauce was very spicy she said no. But it was very spicy to me (now Iunderstand that depends on each person's definition of spicy). I also understand everyone can have a bad day, but you shouldn'tlet it out on the customer if you want a generous tip. Read more

VERY good and HOT food and a wonderful waitress and her trainee we had tonight. I definitely will go back. I seen the store... I ordered a cauliflower wings with habanero sauce- they forgot to add the habanero sauce to my wings- they tasted bland. Buffalo... wild wings even refused to give me a refund for messing up my order. The lady was extremely rude on the call and would not evenreplace my order, when I asked for it. Read more

The sampler platter and chicken wings with the Asian zing, sweet barbacue, and parmesan/garlic are very good. The mountain dew... legendary long island iced tea is extremely good. The service was excellent and quick. Read more

Overall, food and service was good. My only complaint is that the kids meal came out at minimum 10 minutes AFTER the adult meals... came out resulting in my 3.5 y/o having a near meltdown because all of the adults had food and she did not. When it did comeout, it was steaming hot (which is great, because it was fresh), but that was at least another 10 minutes to let it cool downbefore it could be eaten. Most restaurants ask if they want the kids meal out before or with the adult meals. My only feedbackis to please make sure kids get their food first or at least with the adult meals - the younger ones have a difficult timeunderstanding why they do not have food yet. Read more

Ordered delivery via Grubhub...was delivered on time, but the boneless chicken wings were not hot or fresh. Mostly bite sized... pieces that were more soggy breading than chicken and cost more than a dollar each! One of them was literally the size of agrape. This is a 20 piece bucket, how it arrived.
