Love there frozen coffee and employees go out of there way 2 make me happy every time I go in there
Very poor customer service. Just left the store today September 2 @ 4:24pm. Who ever in the drive thru is extremely rude and... don?t want to work. I guess this is what happens when u hire kids. She handed me my coffee without a napkin and coffee on theside of my cup. Slammed the window and walked away. If I could give them one star I would. Read more
Disgusting coffee! So gross! I don't understand why it's so hard to make a cup of coffee. I've done it a million times and... I've never really struggled with it and I don't do it professionally. The coffee is so bitter it's undrinkable. And I'mtalking bitter after a bunch of liquid sugar. What's really irritating is that coffee these days cost like $5.00. you guysconvinced me to spend 50 cents instead and make it at home on my Keurig. Read more
