Not horrible but not the best! I would like to begin with the fact that I was a customer of the old FPC located in South Daytona... and fair or not I?m comparing my most recent visit to my past experiences. As well as other cheesesteaks purchased locally. Thelocation is conveniently located by two colleges and a high school. It?s also on the main road to the worlds most famous beach.I found the decor to be clean but generic especially compared to the authentic Philadelphia artifacts in the old place. Just notthe much atmosphere anymore. The most important criticism is the portion size and wait time. The cheesesteak was not very full.I would have no issue with a 1/2 sandwich if it was overflowing but this was 3/4 full and many bites consisted of more breadthan cheesesteak. It tasted good but just wasn?t the value I expected for the price. The second issue was the 23 min betweenorder and service when I was one of three folks in the building at 4:30 in the afternoon. You?ll see in my pix it was emptyaside from an employee meeting taking place. The other two customers placed to go orders. On a side note it would be nice if adiscount was available for locals in a specific industry the same as Larry?s and Jersey Mike?s offers. I would give it zero stars if I could. For 2 sandwiches regular sandwiches 42.00 with drinks. The chicken tasted like particle... chicken out of a can. The bread was stale and chewy. Even the lady at the counter was apologizing before she rang the food upbecause the price was outrageous for the quality. Should of listened to her. Even if I received a voucher for free dinner for myentire family I wouldn't come back. Even the employee made free food for the guys to swap with dunkin to get a few freedoughnuts. For the record I'm not one to go into reviews and file a complaints on a restaurant/business but this situation was poorly... handled by management. How are you going to have a customer waiting 40 mins for their order (1 order) during their lunch andall you can say is " I'm sorry". I did get my money back but common you took most of my lunch hour and is not like i can goanywhere else to get lunch. Anyway poorly handled and I will not be returning back, and if you think I'm exaggerating about thetime look at your cameras between 12:05 - and 12:45pm on 7/26/2022. Read more

Alex and Jay rock this place. Jay's people skills behind the counter are the best of anyone I've seen there. Trying to make the... customers happy and he does. Alex made the best Philly cheese steak and bacon and cheese fries I've had so far. I hadn't beenthere in a while and these two made me happy I came. Good job young men. I'm not a connoisseur of cheese steaks and not knowledgeable about their authenticity. But this place makes a delicious cheesy... meat sandwich with onions and mushrooms that does everything you'd expect out of something like this. I mean you're not here fora kale salad with almonds and dried cranberries are you? The ingredients are good quality and it's well made. I got minetakeout and though the bread got a little soggy in my backpack, it held together pretty well. None of it leaked. I liked thefries, too. This isn't the kind of food I personally eat often, but today it hit the spot. Will definitely go again. Read more

Came in during my lunch break and was able to order, get my food and eat in less than 20 minutes! The bread was really soft! I... got the regular size mushroom and onion cheesesteak. The onions were chopped, mushrooms were fresh and the cheese was mixed inperfectly, not just thrown on top afterwards. Ill definately be back! Read more
