My fiance and I stopped by here for a quick bite while traveling. The quality of the fish and food was surprisingly good given... its location. The service was very friendly, patient, and quick once we placed our order. They even had my favorite beer instock. Genuily couldn't have had a more pleasant surprise after a long day of driving. I've been here a few times and it's been wonderful each time, ESPECIALLY this last time! I ordered the gyoza and was given... complimentary soup while it was being prepared, which was very quickly! The gyoza were large, perfectly cooked, tender, andflavorful. I ordered the Osaka Fancy Sushi Roll and was given a Soft Shell Crab appetizer even though I hadn't finished my gyozaor soup! It was lightly battered and had HUGE pieces of crab in it and a perfect sauce to compliment it: I ate it all! The sushiwas delivered quickly and although I was getting full already, I had to try it: it was attractive and looked deeelish! It wassoooo good. perfect temperature, precisely rolled, and so fresh that it melted in my mouth! I ate all my delicious food but afew pieces of sushi and had to take it togo so I could enjoy later! The service/staff was friendly, attentive, timely. Therestaurant is very clean, soothing contemporary decor, and quiet. It is the best dining experience in all of Central Florida! The surrounding businesses may make you question the high end nature of this place, but once you are through the door you... realize you’re in for a treat. The decor is modern and eye appealing. We had called ahead and our table was already preppedfor our arrival. Staff quickly attended to us and were both friendly and helpful. The menu has plenty to offer and we all madedecisions quickly. They brought out complimentary soup and a holiday roll for us immediately, which was a pleasantsurprise. Our food quickly followed and we were all wowed by the presentation. I love hibachi & although this restaurant didn’t have the grills it was still worth 5 stars. The food was very fresh & came... out quick. A bit pricey I must say for the portion size of The hibachi but if ever visiting again I’d come dine in here. Read more
