The service wasn?t A+ or super fast but it was good enough. The food was decent enough. If you get the eat and play deal it?s... worth it. You get a meal and a game card. Very big and lots of options for the grandkids. We bought two one hour unlimited play cards for $25 each. Clean and fun.
I went to Game Time with my son to bowl while my sister got her nails done across the street. We went in and couldn?t find... anyone to help us so I had to call so someone would come to the counter. Next the girl was snarky but whatever. We get our shoesand head over. The computer says it will put the bumpers up in the gutters but they don?t. I had to call the store again.Finally someone came over and said we?d have to change lanes if we wanted bumpers. Again, fine whatever. She put the bumpers up.My son bowled 1 time and the bumpers went down. We could not get them back up. Again we could find no one to help us, so weleft. I paid for an hour of bowling for nothing. This place is AMAZINGLY FUN?. However, ?BEWARE DO NOT EAT? from the restaurant!! The only reason why we still go is that the... promotion on Thursday night is real good and we are HUGE gamers. Great Place, but some of the employee's are a bit strange imo! Recently went in w/a card that had 48,000 points on it & was... questioned bye 3 different employees/Management as if they thought we had somehow managed to add points to the card ourselves.It was a 20-30min. ordeal to get a juicer my son actually wanted. We have been out here a couple of times for fun family weekend trips and daddy daughter days. We have yet to have a bad... experience any time we have been out! A laid back game experience with a good assortment of video games, claw machines, andticket winners. We have always came out of here with a loot of prizes and goodies for the kiddos. This time around we managedto get 2k in tickets after winning a balloon pop jackpot. Read more
Family friendly fun for the whole family! It was very clean inside and everyone seemed very respectful of one another's space.... Although the one ride I brought my kids to ride on there was shut down temporarily it was still a fun day and we had a blastthere. There were so many options and things to do that everyone could find something that made them feel really good. And itwas so nice to finally have an opportunity to play with my children. Really large awesome arcade game place. Staff was friendly and helpful. Fun place to go especially on a rainy night.
