The drive-through was atrocious. Each car spent about 10 minutes placing an order. When it was my turn, I specifically asked for... eight pieces of dark meat chicken, 4 original, 4 crispy. I also asked for fries and coleslaw. I guess to the people that work atthis location, mashed potatoes is the same as fries because they?re both made from potatoes and dark meat equates to breast meatand wings. This place deserves zero stars and to top it off, I could barely understand the person who is taking my order. Read more
If zero stars was an option I would hand it out here. I placed an order at 8:00 it said it would be ready by 8:29 by 8:05 it... was already taken out of my bank account I pulled up at 8:28 got the notification that my order was ready went in to pick it upand the girl told me the lobby closes at 8:00 and they're not giving me my pickup order because they're not doing pick up ordersanymore tonight. I asked for a refund and they said I have to call the corporate number. So I just spent $51 for no reason haveto wait 72 hours to get it back and because I had to go back to work I couldn't feed my son or my pregnant friend or my othercoworkers that ordered stuff until 11:00 when we got off work. I think it's ridiculous that the app will allow you to place anorder and the store can just tell you no, or that they take the money out before you get your food with no kind of guaranteethat you're actually getting your food. Now try KFC several different times. It seems like every time I go there they keep getting worse. The potatoes taste like... instant potatoes I don't like that I prefer real potatoes. I try one of their box lunches and I got one piece of chicken withthose sides and a drink. So I paid six bucks for one piece of chicken. The drink whether it's lemonade or a soft drink theywould taste better if it was not tap water that they use. The water mixed with the flavor of the drinks is really really bad Ihey ordering drinks from KFC tastes awful. I think the price of the meal should be less than what they're charging becausethey're using instant potatoes instead of real potatoes and because you only get one piece of chicken for whole box meal andsometimes the chicken is really really small what's up with that? Could be cleaner and more friendlier. Young staff really tried to accommodate me. Fast service and great chicken. Should not... have to ask for gray or napkins though. Read more
Me and my wife had dinner at this KFC 2 days ago, (thursdsy 8/11/2022 4pm ) Order was wrong, manager was non attentive, workers... looked very confused and not properly trained. Don't waste your hard earned money! Very poor management, Absolutely disgusting food! The chicken breast wasn't fully cooked,... the corn looks like it's from yesterday, the chicken sandwich was bad, the mashed potatoes were terrible. We threw everythingaway! Total waste of $18.40 today. NEVER AGAIN! I didn't feel like driving all the way back to get a refund after working allday plus the gas it would've cost, but they'll never get another penny of my money!! ZERO Stars is what they deserve! Horrible! Absolutely just horrible! All I ordered was a large mashed potato with gravy and a large coke - $8! $8! The potatoes... are not even real potatoes anymore! And they didn?t even fill up the containers!!! HALF a large bowl! More like SMALL put intothe large container! And boxed potatoes mess at that!! So mad! Horrible horrible horrible! Waited 10 minutes to place order Person taking order was very rude. Super slow spilling soda over the cup. Food was cold,... chicken strips was old and coating so hard I couldn't eat it. Very small pieces, mostly breading. Fries was cold and tasted likeold oil. I will not eat there again. This was drive thur service. And cost $8 Read more
