I typically do NOT leave bad reviews but, this place should be shut down for their incompetent employees, service, and worse the... management. I ordered a simple ham no cheese sub with lettuce and tomato. My order just didn?t come out wrong , but aftermultiple othe orders that came in and order after me. When I went to the useless owner to tell him how simple this order was washe kind of giggles and said there?s nothing I can do they are all new here, they?re just rookies learning! Which is fine I knowhelp is hard to get but, your not looking over them and making sure things are right??? I just left with no refund. DO NOT GOHERE UNLESS you enjoy horrible service. I've been loving this place over 20 years! Tonight was my last time there. How do you serve someone half eaten food?? You think... because it's takeout they'll be far enough away not to come back and SLAP you?? Or they are mature enough not to! Ordered 2 foot long subs. Was sent 2 6inch subs of completely kinds then what we ordered. Called the store to report wrong order... being sent to us and was told they cannot do anything about it nor would refund the money. If you idiots made a mistake then youare responsible for it you don't tell the customer to bad. We submitted for a refund through the delivery app anyways and filedfraud charges to the bank against this stores employees. We order from here often. But lately we have had to take off the top bread to enjoy the sandwich. The bread is so stale now. The... portion size have also diminished. If we are paying more for ingredients we?d like more than six pieces on our subs. This hasbeen a go to spot and we have never been disappointed until recently. An upset lately for sure! Read more

Friendly, patient service (first timer here). Subs are a value for the $$. Have your sub as they come or to your liking. I had a... large pastrami with a side of au jus. Delicious! Great peach tea! Bread was fresh and tasty. Clam chowder missing a pinch ofsalt, however, the flavor profile is very good! Deli meats and cheeses for sale by the pound. One of the best local sub ships.with hi quality meat and fresh bread. They even have Gluten free rolls and wraps. One of the... best cheese steaks in my opinion. Large menu and monthly specials. ?Large Deanna?s Killer Salad? had nothing in it. There is a few pieces of iceberg lettuce and the rest is shredded lettuce they... put on subs. Not sure if this is standard for them but I can assume the employee just didn?t want to chop a head of lettuce. Iordered 2 and only received one.
