I ordered a plate with orange chicken beef and broccoli mixed with lo mein noodles and rice. I told her that I had 20 pieces of... broccoli but when I counted it I had 16 pieces of broccoli and three pieces of beef there was broccoli shoved up underneath myorange chicken so I got less orange chicken. I called the manager at Panda Express and told her what had happened and that Ionly had three pieces of beef and 16 pieces of broccoli she told me that she doubted that. She never said oh I'm sorry I'd liketo replace that for you. But instead she called me a liar I have a picture of this 16 pieces of beef and three pieces ofbroccoli. I've always enjoyed Panda Express but I don't think I'm going to be revisiting this one especially since I was calleda liar. She didn't straight out call me a liar but she told me that she doubted that I got 16 pieces of broccoli and only threepieces of beef. She tried telling me that it was more of a healthy option and she's right it is but I don't understand why it'scalled beef and broccoli when it's broccoli and beef. Ordered from grub hub once it was fantastic but extremely over priced and hardly any food. Drove over since I was nearby went... inside. Got a veryrude qorker who helped me and got the same thing I ordered lasttime. This time mediocre was not even what Iwould call it. It was almost awful. The chicken was almost all breading. There was next to no sauce on it. I couldnt even tastethe sauce. I was not impressed. It was a lot cheaper though I mean like 10 compared to 18 and they gave more inedible foodinsude rather then delivered. Would not recommend. Read more

Ordered at the counter a certain meal and I was told they were waiting on it, about 5 minutes. I waited for 20 minutes and saw... they had new sweetfire made but were already serving it off to other current customers. My tray was just sitting off on the sidelike they forgot someone ordered and was waiting. I then went up 10 minutes later and asked ?How long?? Another 3 minutes. Myentire lunch break wasted. 33 minute wait for mediocre sweetfire. I guess other people are more important than me. Thanks! Read more

Avoid this Panda Express location. The food is just OK, but even worse the employees are very lazy and rude. All the tables were... dirty, old food and clearly not sanitized or cleaned in a while. I asked the girl working to sanitize a table for myself andfamily could sit and eat our dinner, she wasn't very friendly or receptive. She cleaned the ONE table, went back and left allthe others filthy dirty.. not very proactive. But the big reason why you should AVOID this location is the employees thought itwould be a good idea, during peak dinner rush to climb on top of the counter where all the food is prepared and cooked and startspraying all the hood fans with some kind of cleaning product. The cleaning product was being sprayed right over top of all thefood being prepared and cooked. It was catching the attention of most people in the restaurant and one gentleman spoke up sayingthis is not okay, to which the employees were all "deer in the headlights"... They didn't care or really understand the problem.They also decided to cash out the register when people were paying, very odd protocol (again right at the dinner rush). I came here today and had a surprisingly bad experience. We had to wait for steak to be cooked one of the ladies told us 5 min... and then they forgot about us. When we asked we were made to feel like we were liars. I bought a bag of fortune cookies thatwere stale and no one addressed the issue after I left them on the counter. We went through the drive thru at the one on ISB in Daytona Beach. It was our first time at this business. The people doing the... drive thru where very rude. My husband ordered the Orange chicken with white rice. He really wanted chicken fried rice withnovegetables. He asked for some soy sauce and they only gave him2 packages. This place is terrible. He had to throw outhis fooddue due to the taste and not enough soy sauce. So we wasted our money on another bad meal. What has happened to people. Read more

This is honestly the worst chain restaurant in the area. Not once in the past 4 or 5 times that I've attempted to come here has... there not been something wrong with the place. Lack of food, closing at random times or not letting people into therestaurant with a line stretching around the parking lot and to the road, food being cold...... This time we try to get drivethrough and they don't have anything on the menu available for the rest of the night. They have two things you can order, ofcourse nothing you'd want. Why are they even open??? If you don't want to make food when you close in an hour, then close. Don't waste people's time waiting at a drive through that has nothing to order! Ate here with friends. Food not bad. We did wait a long time but I wasnt dissapointed. Really fancy in the inside and very... pretty. Food good. I dont know about the mobile menu thing though. Read more
