Not being from this area, my son was Ted Papa Johns. I found the closest one (this one) and decided to place my order. I was... nearby so I waited in the parking lot. The app said my order was ready. I came into the store and waited for the young lady toreturn from Dunkin. When she returned, she asked me for my name. I see her looking for the pizza and couldn?t find it. Then Isee her on the phone. A few seconds later, I hear her say to one of her employees that the delivery driver took it and that theyare going to make me a new one. They made me a new one but didn?t tell me about what was going on until I asked. I canvalidate that the 1 star reviews are pretty accurate as I have experienced the same thing that another reviewer posted. Read more
I am an uber delivery driver. I have been driving for almost 2 years. This is my first review EVER. The manager Kim on duty..... did not greet me, ask me why I was there.. offer to take my order. She was very rude, yelling at the other employees on duty. Idont reccomend going while she's working. Its negative energy, I would hate to work under her. Read more
They forgot part of my order when I called they placed me on hold for about 10 minutes when disconnected they continued to hang... up on me. Pizza was also cold should have read the other reviews. Read more
Do not go there! Yesterday I bought the worst Papa John?s pizza ever! The bare crust edge was more than two inches wide all... around and the supposed three toppings were so scarce, combined they only equaled one topping. Very Last Time they see me and my$$$.Long time customer gone. Read more
I should have listened to all the bad comments posted about this restaurant. But it was close and my family was hungry. Spent... $60 on 3 pizzas that all three were burnt, to the point that we didn?t even eat them. The BBQ chicken pizzas we got both had acouple pieces of chicken and the bottoms were burnt black. I guess they just leave the pizzas in the rolling oven? Well, I hopeyou listen. Never order food from this restaurant. Endless you are looking for horrible pizza.
