Let me start off by saying I have never given a poor review ever because I believe how powerful those remarks are but I feel... that strongly here. I just had a "Pretty Woman" moment. I was looking into Polly's Tea Room for an event and she basically toldme in so many words that I probably couldn't afford the rates and then when I asked how much if I actually brought in my ownpeople and handled registration through me how much she would charge me and she didn't even respond with a price she simplysaid, "they're still coming on my property using my food and having my tea." I said this is not a good fit and it's very rudethat you should judge people based upon what they look like on how much they can and cannot afford! Highly discourage anyonefrom doing events there. Little did she realize how much great business I could have referred. Extremely disappointed. Do notrecommend this type of business behavior. Read more
You need to book in advance and we sell out on the Sundays quickly. September 19th is fully booked. Currently just 2 days a... month, unless you request a private seating of 20 or more. Call for dates approximately the third Sunday & following Tuesday ofthe month. During December 2021 there will be Christmas Carol Sing-a-long tea parties.
