This used to be a decent place to eat haven't been in since COVID started. So now there's no more servers no more cashiers no... more service. Food was only ever okay now I don't even think it's okay definitely not worth it now that the restaurant has beenturned into fast food. Bring back the servers fix the food and maybe I'll go back. 4 inverted touch-screen monitors and a single cash payment kiosk greet you as your walking in... Not a single employee nor the... shift manager (due to his salmon colored dress shirt)who was standing 3 meters away even looked up to notice. If it was the timeof day where they were crazy busy like a dinner rush, it would have been understandable. But 1 table of 4 sitting eating and 1other takeout order. I ordered a single cheese burger, small fries (cold fries that is), adding a $2 up-charge for a chocolatemilkshake... Almost $10 and no napkins added to bag...! Absolutely wonderful staff and excellent food. Everyone was so nice and attentive to us as soon as we walked in. I would have... given them a 5 star ????? review but the franchise owner needs to update the ceiling tiles and benches near the windows. Thebuilding could use an update or refresh, but the managers and staff are doing an amazing job! Read more

Great experience!! Toni made it special. My last S&S experience was in California and it was awful. Hadn't eaten at S/S since... then. It's truly been a long time since I visited back in September. However I would like to take this time to recommend the servers... in front and behind the counter. As I was waiting for my order there was quite a few unruly customers that were blinded to thefact that before they ordered it would be a bit longer wait. The employees handled themselves well and didn't let the negativecustomers affect their service. This was my first time at this restaurant chain. I loved the layout of how you can see in thethe kitchen in how the operation is being done. I also loved the Chef jackets the employees wear. I wish the company would sellthem in a like a souvenir area. I know a good chef jacket when I see one.???? Read more
