Was rather disappointed with one of my favorite wing places. Ordered the 20 bundle with fries for an easy Friday meal. Got home... and no fries! Called and asked if I could bring the wings back and have my order remade so I could have the full fresh meal Ipaid for But I was told no, they would only replace the missing fries. It's a 30 minute round trip so I'd have come back withfresh fries but then had cold wings. Just disappointed tonight. Read more
I went to Wingstop today (08/14/2022). I ordered 15 Garlic Parmesan wings and fries. I told the cashier that I wanted Garlic... Parmesan but she put Lemon Pepper. When she read back to me the order I realized she said Lemon Pepper. I do not like LemonPepper wings at all. I told her I wanted Garlic Parmesan and she said okay. When she gave me my receipt it said Lemon Pepper. Iwaited for approximately 15 to 20 minutes for my order. The same cashier who took my order told me that this was my order. Iopened up the bag and noticed that I didn?t have fries or 15 wings. I went back to the cashier and told her that it wasn?tright. The manager from the back of the kitchen approaches me in an aggressive matter while I?m explaining what?s wrong with myorder and tries to intimidate me. Also, tries to put the blame on me. However, the cashier said that this was my order andliterally gave it to me. I tried to explain that to the manager and he was very unprofessional. He kept calling me out of myname. After 5 minutes or so I finally got my order once the manager gave me my order. He begin to question me and ask ifsomething is wrong with me. Before leaving the WingStop, I checked my order to make sure everything was fine. I noticed that themanager was looking at me trying to intimidate me once again by asking me ?is everything made to perfection?. I will never comeback to this WingStop again. Big waste of money. Ordered pickup through doordash for my daughter. Went to pick up and this! They was suppose to be garlic... Parmesan. These were dry chicken rocks with Parmesan thrown on them. Poor excuse! Doordash gave me a $3 credit that doesn't evercover the wings. No more wingstop and no more door dash! Gotta do better then that Wingstop! Read more
They always say do one thing and do it right. According to my son they definitely got these wings down to a fine art. Everything... here is made to order even the fresh cut fries which were amazing! The staff we're kind and the service was speeding and therestaurant is very clean! Absolutely love this place will definitely be back! Read more
They told me the thigh bites were dark meat what I received was dry tough chicken nuggets (tough like beef jerky) with Parmesan... cheese dumped on it they were lukewarm and the fries were cold this was a delivery that took an hour (they use door dash). Hello fellow foodies my latest review is on Wingstop. There are many wing places to get your wing fix at, this should be your go... to! I was very hungry so I got the wings for two bone in honey bbq and garlic Parm. Came with a drink and fries, it was perfectand hot made to order. I also added Cajun corn super tasty. Went here yesterday 12/09, ordered an 8 pc wing combo. Got home, unraveled everything, fries were cold and only had 7 wings.... Ordered a 6 pc on 12/10 for lunch, took 45 minutes to complete my order. The staff were very unprofessional!! I work about 7 minaway from the location, finally got to sit and eat with 15 min remaining, my wings were cold and fries were completely burnt.Ended up trashing everything. Need new staff that?s attentive, or at least people who makes sure your order ishot/fresh/correct. Read more
Wish I could say better things about this location. Staff was pretty mediocre. I sat at the bar and ordered wings, celery and a... cup of chili. Chili never showed up. Wings were great, forgot the celery! Really? Do they no know that buffalo wings and celeryare the only things a ?Wing Stop? should get correct!! Not a good experience for $25 5 wings and beer!
