Great place. Staff was super friendly even torwards later in the night. Lasagna was amazing. Tasted more like a from scratch... home made quality meal rather than a fatty meal that uses butter to cover up. Every other plate was good. Price is from 12 toabout 22 per plate. Loved this place! My two sisters and I have never visited the area and we chose this place on a whim. It was easy to find and... although there was no parking out front, we found spots in the back. Inside had a nice ambience but it was a bit chilly sincewe just walked through the rain. We opted to sit outside. They have a spacious, charming patio created because of the alleyway between two buildings. It was partly covered, which allowed us to eat outside and be one with nature (since it was stillraining). ???? Between the excellent service, delicious pasta dishes, fun conversations and cool outdoor space, we enjoyed ourvisit. I recommend this restaurant, and would visit again if in the area. Read more
My family and I are staying at Daytona Beach for the week and we have discovered that, for some reason, there are a ton of... Italian restaurants here. We've tried several here and they're not all created equally. Zappi's was excellent. The outdoorseating was very nice. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The brushetta was very good as was the garlic bread with cheese. Iliked the ceasar salad, my daughter didn't like it (in my opinion, it was a typical ceasar salad). My 8 year old grandson washappy to see a half a sub (either ham or turkey with cheese).. Something not usually offered on a kids menu (wish morerestaurants offered this). My daughter ordered shrimp francese and she loved it. I had the cavatapi with meat sauce and it wasexcellent. Tiramisu was also very good (I'm guessing they buy it from the same supplier that Olive Garden does, but it is one ofmy favorite tiramisus). The only thing we didn't care for was the free bread.. It was pretty hard and it had rosemary in it andI hate rosemary (so that was personal preference). We will definitely go back to eat here. Read more
I absolutely LOVE this place. When you walk up to the restaurant it is beautiful. I ordered the cheese ravioli and my friend... ordered the caprese salad with a side of mushroom risotto. You could tell everything was made fresh, with care. My server evenwas impressed to say they made the caprese salad themselves. The staff all seemed to take pride in their jobs and to enjoyworking there. The entire establishment is just gorgeous, I fully enjoyed dining here. This place was absolutely AMAZING! This is by far the best place we've eaten in this area. The Lasagna is absolutely TO DIE FOR... along with the Calamari and the Zuccardi Malbec . The atmosphere was perfect for our date. The bartender Casey along with therest of the staff was super friendly and went above and beyond to show amazing customer service. Anytime we're back in Daytonathis will definitely be #1 on our list. Thank you for such an amazing experience because it's the best we've had on any vacationin this area. Read more
