Great service and we tried the toasted vanilla oat milk latte.
I order from this Starbucks every morning prior to working from home . They tend to neglect the requested order that I submit. I... always order the same thing , and the fact that my cheese danish that I pay for to be warmed up is not only never warmed up ,but they left it inside the bag it comes in via their intake shipment . I've never had to wait this long at any Starbucks ever. I placed a mobile order for a grande chai tea and 45mins later I still... did not have my beverages. On a better note my drink was delicious. But I'm not accustomed to such long wait time at this Chain. Read more
A little disappointed that they are out of peach flavor otherwise they are good. I was a little surprised they didn't know what... a Carmel Apple Spice was considering it was a Fall Promotion for years before they switched to a year round drink. Read more
This is hands down THE WORST Starbucks I?ve ever been to. I?m not sure what the issue is at this location, but nobody seems to... know how to correctly make any of the drinks and the coffee tastes old and bitter a lot. The bread on my breakfast sandwichesthis morning were literally hard as a rock! I couldn?t even believe they served that to me and most of the time they don?tprovide you with a receipt in the drive thru so on days like today when I needed to make a return and get a refund for my orderI couldn?t. Starbucks isn?t cheap and to pay for a drink that isn?t made correctly or to the Starbucks standard and breakfastsandwiches that are not fresh is not acceptable. The staff is extremely friendly at this location which keeps customers comingback, but I think they either need some serious training or new management. Read more
This is more of a review for the company itself it?s pretty insane that a multi million or billion dollar company that makes... expensive coffee can?t even manage to order a good selection of sugar-free syrups for those of us who cannot have sugar. Atleast you had two options and you got rid of the one why and didn?t replace it why? So all we get is vanilla and we have to payan up charge for it as if they actually cost more than any other syrup that?s Ludacris. You also should have a gluten-freeoption for breakfast sandwich since nobody really does that?s fast food that would make you a lot of money from a businessowners perspective you?re losing so much money for these two simple things you should probably hire me for a CEO. Very nice Starbucks store and staff. However, they had to shut down the inside due to "staff shortages." This is not the first... time it has happened. We were basically kicked out in the middle of studying for our Medical Boards. We drove 15 minutes to gethere, only to be told we have to leave. This is very frustrating and has happened at multiple Starbucks locations. Read more
