We tried ordering twice tonight, both times getting put on hold with the phone just being set down so we could hear the kitchen... and boh. If they were short staffed it didn't sound like it. We do enjoy the food here, they just lost our business for awhile. Read more

Hubby and I was at the location in DeForest Wisconsin last week! Although very packed inside and out I must say our experience... was awesome! One bartender, one waitress and two Cooks in the kitchen. The cooks were handing out menus serving food and busingtables as well! The food was phenomenal customer service was phenomenal! For as busy as they were they handled themselves veryvery well, customer service everything! It's not always that way, I guess we got very lucky with all the staff that was workingthat night! I do recommend BB Jack's! If you happen to pop in there on a night when Nico is your cook, you're going to love it! Read more

Fantastic food, nice outdoor dining spot, really long bar with lots of seating. Friendly and attentive staff. Well priced menu.

I'd like to give 3.5 pentagrams (stars) but really can't give them 4, because the tacos were sub par. They tasted like plain... ground beef with no seasoning. The tortillas chips were extra salty and the salsa tasted like the cheap jar salsa from Aldi.???? The burger was made well and flavorful as was the Buffalo chicken salad and the service was decent.
