Food was cold. Fries were cold. Wrong dipping sauce. Missing a double quarter pounder. Wrong specifications on another burger... when receipt specifically said only pickles. Terrible. Never again will I spend a dime at McDonalds. Read more

Multiple times going through the drive-through they've messed up our order. They're always incredibly slow too. You order... chicken nuggets and get a cheeseburger. You order extra fries in the happy meal and get apple slices. They never seem to usethe order board either so you can't confirm if they get the order correct or not. I'm so done. There are many other places inthis area and they've never once messed up our order. Go somewhere else, even a different McDonald's, you'll get betterservice. Read more

Love this McDonald's, especially Randy who always takes my order. He is a gentleman, is a positive person, and always brightens... my day. Too many negative reviews coming from First World Complainers. Sometimes the fries are not hot, yes. Happens everywhere.Sometimes there is a long line, happens everywhere. Sometimes the staff seem like they are stressed or having a bad day, happenseverywhere. Food service workers work their butt off for us who just drive through and pick up. Often for not enough money! Ihaven't encountered anyone rude that worked there and when I am kind and patient, I notice I get positivity in return. P.S. I'llkeep going back more often mainly for Randy though. P.P.S. I decided to park the car and go in. It was roughly 5pm on a Sunday evening and it was deserted. A couple cars in the drive thru... and no one in the dining room. It was perfect for taking a few photos ????. The lobby was clean, the cash registers areclosed and I had to order thru the kiosks but it all went well. Yelling your meal number into the drive thru speaker is stillmore fun ????. Thank you for the hot and fresh food!! Read more
Stopped at McDonald's in DeForest Wisconsin for breakfast. Ordered a breakfast meal. In my city it cost me a little more than... $6.00 after discount. In Wisconsin it cost me over $9.00 after discount. Was disappointed in the price but food was good andthey was friendly. Read more
