It's a mix of the old surf and turf and it's worth it. The firecracker shrimp appetizer was only lacking in my opinion because... there wasn't more on the plate. It was a tough decision with their menu but I had a craving for fish tacos, and they nailed it.Next time it's game on with the smokehouse side of the menu. Read more

Good food and great service! The BBQ is very good here! We had the armadillo eggs (bacon-wrapped jalapeño poppers). The tuna... tacos were delicious! I had one of the BBQ bowls with the Mac and cheese and cheesy hash browns as my base. The brisket wasamazing! Read more

For a strip mall location this place had great BBQ! Pretty much all of the BBQ we tried was excellent, only thing I would knock... were the burnt ends, they tasted a little charred. The jambalaya also was little heavy on the tomato sauce for me. If I livedin the area I would eat here more often for sure! Read more

Great food and experience. We had a group of 30 come here to the private party room for my son's 22nd birthday. With a group... this size, there are separate catering menus with price per plate to select. We also chose to add crab cakes. The room was cuteand spacious. There was a shorter way that they allowed my grandparents to come in which was greatly appreciated. Beth was ourserver. She made sure the food was ready, drinks were filled, dirty dishes were clear. "Never judge a book by it's cover." A small, unassuming store front at the end of a little strip mall doesn't look like a worthy... destination. However, the moment you step through the doors, you are welcomed into a bustling business. The burnt ends meltedin our mouths. My salmon was prepared perfectly. Even though there is no desserts listed on the menus, be sure to ask!!! Wechose the cheesecake special (caramel) and the bourbon pecan pie. Excellent brisket. Perfectly moist. The brisket grilled cheese is also to die for. We also had the Malibu coconut shrimp as an... appetizer. The shrimp was hot and fresh and the sauce perfectly matched the shrimp. Everyone was friendly from the moment wewalked in the door. Service was quick and pleasant. I highly recommend going here. Visited North and South to see if the barbecue was as good as I had heard. It turned out to be delicious and so were the sides... that came with it. Trying one of the multi-meat samplers was enough food for two people. On the table is a wide assortment ofbarbecue sauces to try. Delicious. Loved the Mac and cheese, hush puppies and corn bread. The cheesy hash brown side was dry andseemed like it had been in a warming oven or under a heat lamp for too long. I will be back. Read more
