I use drive thru only n they are fast n polite. Foods always hot ive burned my mouth before so watch out, id rather food be hot... than lukewarm or cold. Overall decent. Read more

Let?s start by saying if you can process my payment online you should be able to process a refund when you mess things up the... same way? I order online so all of the instructions are clear and not up to the person at the window trying to do multiplethings at once, sadly the orders are still wrong most of the time? I ordered a chalupa and swapped the beef for black beanswhich is what is printed on the receipt. The packaging has beans circled and I still received beef. When I called they advise Ican take another 20 minutes to drive back in to potentially get the right item or I can advise at the window the next time Iattempt to order that I spoke with Hannah and am owed a free chalupa. Excuse me if this he said she said system of we owe youdoesn?t work for me when you can?t even give me the correct order as it?s typed out?. I say this does not work and I would likea refund, of course the response is you have to come in to get a refund. All in all I have no lunch? I was given something Idon?t eat and I?m out the gas money it took to drive there in the first place. This is two of our five soft taco supremes two days ago. Look at all of that lettuce. It's a taco, not a salad, but I can remove... some of that without losing too much sour cream. This all filler, hopefully so you won't notice the lack of cheese. All fivewere like this. That's not enough cheese to even taste. Don't call it an ingredient if you aren't going to give us any. They always seem to have something wrong with their machines or out of an item some excuse so they don?t have to work. Like for... example broken soda machine so your only allowed to order certain drinks, or one day asked to order a freeze but it was broken.Then one day asked for a steak burrito and they were out of steak in the middle of the day.
