Drive thru was long, so decided to eat indoors. Waited 20 minutes for our food. I thought they forgot about us.. Even in door... dining, messed up our meals, Jr. bacon cheeseburgers were fresh , veggie was fresh, fries were cold and stale, not so fresh. I have been here several times. The crew seems very unorganized. I was asked what I would like then dead silence once I ordered... with no response. Drove away and went to a competitor. I pulled into the drive thru around 8:30 with a car in front and behind me. The car in front pulled through and placed there... order, so I pulled up to the intercom. I sat for about 3 minutes before asking when the closed, only hearing dishes clangingaround and no answer. So I said hello a few times before pulling off. Someone in the drive thru saw me with all of the lights oninside as I pulled around and the car behind me pulled forward. I talked to the lady behind me and she said that her onlineorder was processed but that also weren?t answering her and pulled off. So slow! Also when we got our food it was cold. The place was not crowded but it is new so they may just need more practice.
