Drive thru was long, so decided to eat indoors. Waited 20 minutes for our food. I thought they forgot about us.. Even in door... dining, messed up our meals, Jr. bacon cheeseburgers were fresh , veggie was fresh, fries were cold and stale, not so fresh. I have been here several times. The crew seems very unorganized. I was asked what I would like then dead silence once I ordered... with no response. Drove away and went to a competitor. I pulled into the drive thru around 8:30 with a car in front and behind me. The car in front pulled through and placed there... order, so I pulled up to the intercom. I sat for about 3 minutes before asking when the closed, only hearing dishes clangingaround and no answer. So I said hello a few times before pulling off. Someone in the drive thru saw me with all of the lights oninside as I pulled around and the car behind me pulled forward. I talked to the lady behind me and she said that her onlineorder was processed but that also weren?t answering her and pulled off. I sat in the A&W parking lot and watched all of thestaff leave by 9:02pm. I was pretty sure that they close at 10pm but I could be wrong. Sad experience Read more
The service was quick and the food was Hot! The down side was someone knocked the top of the trash bin off just out side the... door and we told staff and they said ghey know. None of the staff took the time to take care of the garage. Read more
I will start off by saying I ate at this location numerous times this month and that the food was good. However the service was... subpar and that just about everytime my order did not come out as I order such asking no onion rings on a sandwich but I getonion rings on a sandwich. Food is good but the waits are horrible. Worth finding a different option if around a normal meal time. Waited 30 minutes in... drive thru at lunch time and then got parked so I hope my food is coming. I get they are busy but wow - not worth it. Read more
So slow! Also when we got our food it was cold. The place was not crowded but it is new so they may just need more practice.
