My wife can not eat food with Gluten. They suggested the chicken without breading. Also, they have a separate fryer for the... French fries so they don't get cross contaminated. VERY HELPFUL, VERY FRIENDLY. YUMMMM. Read more
Whenever I go by an A&W I gotta stop and get a root beer. Haven't been disappointed yet.
Drivers beware!! Doors are locked and they only laugh at you as you try to come in but can't. The girl in the BP said if ya want... A&W, fight traffic and walk up to the drive thru. Read more
I love A&W and the Main St in Depere store is close to home if I want to pick something up quick. I enjoy the staff at this... location and never truly have anything to complain about. But every single time I get a shake from this store the ice cream frommy shake leaks out all around the lid. So then I have to clean up a big puddle of it out of my cup holder. While the food andservice are great I would love to not have to clean a mess up in my car before I can go inside an enjoy my food. Read more
I have come for pickup/delivery orders at this location. I have been told to park in the pickup, to-go, delivery parking spots... and that the food would be brought out. Last time I picked up, there was a line. I called and was told the food would be broughtout. After some time of patiently waiting (and seeing cars keep passing through the drive-through), I called again and politelyasked if the food was on it's way or if they were a bit backed up. The employee said they were backed up so I understood. Whenthe food finally came out probably 20-25 mins after I first called, the employee was rude and told me it would be faster to gothrough the line, and that he "was going to make the food for all the cars in line before he even started" mine. If this is thepolicy, the designated parking spots for pickup and delivery should be eliminated. Read more
My first time going to a A&W restaurant and it was outstanding! The staff was phenomenal! Very helpful and friendly people. They... had my order ready in no time! I just HAD to get a true old fashioned A&W root beer float along with my lunch. I LOVED it! Thiswill spoil me on my future root beer float purchases because they just can't compare to A&W. P.S.
