First time at this location, have been eating big apple bagels for many years, don't understand why theses bagels at this De... Pere location not even close to being what I expected. We bought a dozen mixed bagels the girl at counter could not have beennicer. But these bagels don't li live up to the big apple recipe!!, where's the flavor where's the rasins and blueberries andall the rest of the ingredients that are supposed to be in theses bagels. Rasin bagels had like 3 rasins in it hardly anycinnamon, blueberry bagels the same, I emailed corporate office but got no reply, I was told all stores make the same recipe Iguess I was miss informed, unfortunately I now live up in crivitz area my regular red apple store is in Northbrook ill I willhave to have them shipped to me from there, hopefully I get a response from owners thanks Read more

Better than other times I've visited. I stopped coming a long time due to my order always being wrong or they would forget to... add a certain item that I would've already paid for. If it's to go, it's in a brown paper bag so you will need to check youritems before you leave to make sure you got everything you paid for. But if you're in a rush to get to work, you might notnotice till you're long gone. Otherwise, the food is great, prices seem right for the type of food and coffee is great. Read more

The girls were all very nice but the man who i?m assuming is the manager/boss, was not friendly. I didn?t see him smile once. I... asked him about an issue I had with a messed up order and he just gave me a disapproving look.
