I arrived 10 mins before closing 853pm to grab 2 birthday cakes for my kids, I was clearly rushing to grab cakes and the... cashier said they couldn?t help me and that the lobby was closed. They said if I wanted to select cakes I had to go to the drivethru and blindly select a cake, I wasn?t allowed to come in and look at the case even though they were clearly still open. Theysaid maybe I could stop another day. So rude. Read more
A lovely Sunday and banana split from DQ makes a perfect sunny day in De Pere. Delicious with good quality of food. Serving time... is quicker and well packed for take outs. Kids definitely will enjoy this place. Read more

Extremely disappointed in this DQ location. I have gone multiple times with hit or miss. My order is always correct but the... workers are rarely friendly. When my friends and I entered this past Saturday, both front cashier workers were on their phonesand did not acknowledge us. My friend went to order and had to wait until the young cashier was done texting, no apology, nosmile. Unprofessional. The workers on the ice cream machines were doing amazing and communicating but food and register wereunorganized and too busy on their phones to do their jobs correctly. As a worker in the fast food industry myself there is noexcuse for this behavior. Read more
