Would give 0 stars if I could. Have friends over and have been trying to put in an order on both the app and online for 30 min... now and keep getting ?checkout failed, please try again? pop ups. Finally I called the store and spoke to Kate who was the mostunhelpful person I?ve ever encountered and she said that if I wanted to use the 50% off coupon I?d have to order online, whichis ridiculous cause I literally couldn?t. Worst experience ordering pizza ever was quoted 33 minutes it's been over 2 hours still waiting for my food apparently it's in... the oven. I called the store twice and some teenager answered and said the call center that took my order is in another countryand barely mustered a sorry. Read more
I order at least twice aweek and I always get the same thing...I normally order during the day and never had a issue but tonight... I ordered late and I got my Buffalo sandwich and the bread on the bottom was burnt its usually good nice and edible with the daycrew but night crew not so much. I called the store to tell my experience and of course my experience is wrong...I've been acook for 15 years I started out fast food than delivering now cooking in a popular restaurant but when I said my sub is burntthe person on Monroe hungup and said it's cooked like normal not burnt but ik it is burnt . The staff was really kind and caring with great customer service even during a snow squall. Was having a hard week and it... really made a difference to be treated with kindness and a smile. Kudos to the hard working staff there. The pizza was hot andtasty as well. My new go to place when I need to pick up a pizza after a long day. Thank you for making a difference. Read more
Waited well over 2 hours for the delivery when the estimated time was 1 hour. Had no updates whatsoever on delivery even on the... tracker until 1:45 minutes later. Delivery driver drove right past my house and took a while to get back. Then he comes to thedoor and says something very strange when taking the pizza out of the bag. I then notice he had two ranch dipping cups when Ipaid for 2 garlic dipping cups. He then says do you have any flashlight so I can see the receipt to verify if I even have thecorrect order as they have me on a double right now. Seriously why didn't you verify the order before you took it to me. Then hesays oh I think I have those garlic cups in my car. Comes back and says no I don't have them I must have grabbed the wrong cups.He took the ranch cups back even though I paid for 2 dipping cups. Pizza and bread is pretty much cold by the time it got hereand I live less than 5 minutes away. I have ordered several times from this location and it is late on delivery every singletime and barely warm pizza. His resolution for me was to call the store to get 10% off my next order. Won't be ordering fromthis location again. Gave them too many chances and seems to get worse every delivery. Read more
Worst ever. Ordered pizza 1 1/2 hrs ago and no pizza. Call the store to inquire and they hang up. Terrible service
