About 2 years ago, the service and delivery at this store was great. Starting about a year ago, deliveries started showing up a... little later each time and the quality was never consistent. My most recent order was delivered 50 minutes late. The sandwichhad one piece of meat on it and was crushed. I will not be ordering from here again. Read more
There subs are always delicious. go for the subs! Also the cookies and chips are good. The Mac n cheese isn?t their strong point... and is generally overcooked and mushy. If you want a fresh yummy sandwich though... go here. I?ve ordered delivery numeroustimes and everything has been fresh and just as ordered each time. Read more

I bought 2 large boxes of subs for a party I was having. So disappointed. Hardly any meat on the subs at all, no pickles . Just... all around disappointing. Your subs are always good when it?s a a single order , I don?t understand why you would skimp on whatI paid enough for. I will not recommend this shop to anyone. Super overpriced for what you get. They are much shorter and narrower than subway. $8 for a tiny sub that wasn?t even that good.... Also, the Apollo with the spicy BBQ and avocado is a really weird combo.. don?t recommend going to any Erbert and Gerbert ingeneral. Would give one star for the restaurant brand as a whole, but didn?t want to ruin this personal franchisee?s reviews toobadly. Not their fault the food/quality/price in general sucks. Read more
