WOW the young men in the pro shop were so incredibly nice to us the minute we walked in. I accidently made the wrong tee time... (AM instead of PM) but they set us up and got us on the course. Im new to golf and loved my experience. Course is beautiful andwell kept. Cant wait to go back! Read more
Excellent course and food, very reasonably priced. My only gripe was that our cart died on the 17th fairway (red light blinking,... tried turning on/off, forward/reverse, etc), called the clubhouse to get assistance and an employee came out irritated, noapology, took the key out of the cart, inserted a different key with a bottle opener attached to it, and then drove away andclaimed ?we bumped the key?. I love this place. It has a nice vintage feeling but at the same time, a modern vibe. The course is very well maintained and... it's by far my favorite public course in the area. It's just a great place all around. Read more
Played out here on Sunday. The course is in great shape. They just extended the paved portion of the cart paths and it looked... great. Our beer cart girl Kate was very nice and offered to go back to the clubhouse and get more spotted cow! I really don?tthink any course in the valley puts as much effort into making the surroundings have a great sense of charm. Greens tend to bea bit small on some holes which ups the challenge. Recommend for all types of players. Read more
This course is quite a nice one. It is challenging but not so bad you'll want to snap any clubs. The front and back are great... separately but I recommend playing a full 18 to enjoy all it has to offer. And after a beautiful round of golf, stop off in theclubhouse for some great food and a tasty beverage. I definitely be back. Read more
I had golfed this course 3-5 times per year prior to 2008 for about 5 or 6 yeard. Having moved away I was very happy to be... returning after a 12 year absence. First, this course has matured into a gorgeous course. 15 years ago you could hit the ballalmost anywhere and still have a shot, but now placement is super important. I always said "It will be a lot harder when allthese trees mature." Changing hole 7 to a true par 5, and completely redoing #8 was a really good move. #7 always felt like alet down, but it is an impressive monster now. Favourite hole on this course is still #12, where I still have a lifetime underpar score. Stay left on #12, as the trees along the right now offer a much tougher shot. Greens are in excellent shape. We always have great service and great fish frys! And, a bonus, the grounds are amazing for fall pictures!
