We stopped by on 08/26/2022 at 8:03pm. Ordered two McChickens and two McDoubles. The McDoubles were customized. One with no... ketchup, no mustard, add mac sauce and shredded lettuce. The other was substitute slivered onions, add lettuce and tomatoes. Thecashier struggled with taking our order, but managed to put it together. I verified it on screen. She did a good job. However,the cook screwed it up. The sandwiches were pressed flat. I don?t even know why they would do that. Kids screwing around? Notonly that, they didn?t get the McDoubles right. The lazy kid put all the customized items on one McDouble and left the secondone as a standard McDouble. Also pressed them flat. The labels were printed off and placed on the wrapper correctly. What awaste of $10.16 and my time. Got home and tried calling the store, guess they?ve officially stopped picking up calls now.Probably because of all the complaints they get. If I could give them zero stars I would.... Forgot one of the coffees I ordered had to sit there and wait and then missed food... too! Wouldn't recommend this location! They had no problem shoving an application in the food bag but couldn't seem to get foodor drinks in the order right. Disappointed in the fact these employees make 15 dollars an hour and can't get a simple orderright. Everyone there should get a 8 dollar an hour paycut..... Clearly more money isn't helping the terrible service. Read more

Nov 10th 8:40pm, I had an employee of mine pick up some food, after telling the manager Darrien Arquette that the food was... separated on the screen and not into a combo multiple times because that?s how it showed even on the receipt. He told his otherMcDonald?s workers that she was RETARDED & when she confronted him about what he said, Darrien said,? I?m the manager I say manythings?. Not only is this highly unacceptable for a manager but of all places that deals with multiple customers daily, this iswho McDonald?s chooses to employ.
