Before I start I'd just like to say that I've given this McDonald's several opportunities to redeem themselves. I've been here... several times. My order is ALWAYS wrong. And before you think I'm a "Karen," hear me out. Not only is my order always wrong butthe restaurant itself is disgusting. Today there was a horrible smell coming from by the soda machine. There were also wrappers,food, fruit flies and other miscellaneous cleaning and garbage that clearly hasn't been attended to. I wouldn't have known thiswas an issue but of course, my order was wrong and I had to go in to get it fixed. The staff here seems unorganized and lost asto what to do. Last but not least, the outside of the property needs to be cleaned up, garbage taken out and the signs put backup that are currently in the road. Hopefully this review helps management and staff members get organized and on top of theirgame. Read more

I already caught the two medium drinks for my large combos in line and had yall switch it but one of those was a deluxe crispy... chicken sandwich their isn't anything deluxe about this. 1nd time this has happened I won't use the mccdonalds again Read more

I went to this location with my kids to order them a happy meal and a couple ice creams. Not only did it take about 15 minutes... for them to get my order correct. It also took 15 minutes for them to deliver it to us, and when they did the happy meals werecompletely messed up. I took them as they were because I already wasted enough of my time. When I got to the park to eat with mykids they said the apple slices tasted weird. Come to find out they were expired by a week. Not only was my service poor thefood was not on par. I hope they can fix this issue for other customers as well. Read more
Order is always wrong and place is always dirty. I keep giving chances, but it?s always the same. We know you?re short staffed.... We?d rather have to wait and have accurate food and a clean place to sit (if we go in) than to waste time driving back becausehalf the order is missing or to scrub weird stickiness out of our clothes.
