I would be satisfied to get hot pizza. It took an hour & twenty minutes to make a two pizza order. It took almost thirty minutes... for a ten minute drive to deliver it COLD. Read more
Based on the length of time between when my order showed as out for delivery and when the food actually arrived, I suspect the... driver may have had multiple deliveries in addition to my order as the breadsticks were barely warm upon arrival. The cost ofpizza, delivery and tip are at a price point that I would have expected quality and not having to reheat the product. Iunderstand the cold weather, gas prices, staff shortages impact, however, I will pick up or order bake at home in future vsdelivery. Read more
Grease. Puddles of grease. This is the WORST thing I've ever eaten and the crappiest customer service. I order from Pizza Hut a... few times a month. It's OK, but not EPICALLY HORRIBLE like this grease fest. That's a thin crust meat lover's special on thephotos. It's SO GREASY that the fat pooled on the box's bottom and soaked through to the outside. The crust is not crisp, butSATURATED with this muck. I called the store, talked to the manager, who seemed bored with my complaint. "Yeah. That's a greasypizza." He offered to replace it or give me credit. Then hung up on me when I said credit. No goodbye. Just *clunk.* I calledback to ask for a refund and he refused. Hung up on me again. Well, that's a letter to the corporate office I'm delighted towrite. NEVER ordering from Pizza Hut again. Update, 3/28/18: manager emailed me over two weeks ago, promised to mail me arefund check. Hasn't arrived. No mention of improving pizza, rude night manager.
