The pizza is good, but it's not the New York style the previous owners made. The sauce and crust are different. Not bad, but... different. Was looking for those NYC single slices and those are gone. Also there were flies that kept interrupting the meal,landing on us, and we were inside. Sgambattis really should get some kind of pest control system. Staff is amazing ????!!! Since the new owner took over ,she's got things going like they use to . The Food is great again,... service is on point ! The delivery driver with the long hair is soooo good, and the sweet little bartender has amazing customerservice! Just all around a great experience. I stopped coming for a while because stuff got weird ???? , but???? it's all backto great now ????. Read more
Our server Tara M. was incredibly rude and unhelpful since we walked in the door. I ordered the shrimp scampi which comes with... a salad. She asked what dressing I wanted and I said none due to an allergy. My fiancé made sure it was a fresh garden saladas opposed to a Caesar salad, and she confirmed it was not but again asked what dressing I wanted. I again informed her that Idid not want dressing due to my allergy. She snapped back that she didn’t know I had an allergy, despite the fact I literallyhad just told her. Horrible start to our dining experience and completely ruined what should have been a nice lunch. Ate ourlunch as quickly as possible to get away from her. Read more

Met my son for lunch here today. He used to go here all the time when he lived in the area. When I told him I was hungry for... pizza he said we have to go to Sgambati's then. It was the best pizza I have ever had. And the garlic knots were delicious. Iwas reading previous reviews and was disappointed in comments regarding staffing. We had a great waitress and we got our foodvery quickly. The majority of the restaurant business is short staff please cut these people some slack. The waitstaff is amazing here. The food is not. Our garlic knots were not done, the brussetta was disgusting. It's suppose... to be made with fresh ingredients. Tomatoes were brown. It has been over 10 yrs since I have been here and I remember it wasamazing. New owners changed alot . Not for the better. Marana sauce was also not the greatest. The pizza was ok. Read more
It's a decent place to grab a drink or a bite to eat. Their happy hour drink prices on beer and wine are decent, and their... normal prices are pretty reasonable. Food quality has been decent - not bad, but not anything exceptional. They could benefitfrom more vegan options, for sure. Their staff have always been very friendly and helpful, and it's a good place for businesslunches. Read more
