We sat on the bar side and had table service there. The food was delicious, service was a little slow but it was super busy, so... that?s understandable. Our server was pleasant and professional, comfortable setting, and the bathrooms were clean. Read more

Another De Pere/Green Bay restaurant to skip the steak. Ordered a steak medium rare and even heard the staff whisper about it. ... Why do so many not know how to cook to temperature :(. Read more

Ordered the very expensive filet medium, it was well done. The server didn't seem to care and overall our meals were sort of... cold. A big miss tonight. The last time we were here they served the steak completely different, different sides, demi glace. Mylast filet here was out of this world, tonight's was a different story. Consistency is an issue here. But the meals lookedpretty. :/ Read more

We got a table at the right time, it seemed like we got in right before the dinner rush. We split the Brussel Flatbread, which... was AMAZING. I was dreaming of having it again right after we left. The Brussel sprouts were nice and flaky without being burnt, the Flatbread was crispy and then you add some cheese and balsamic reduction and it's a great dish. For dinner we had the primerib sandwhich with pozole soup and chicken n'waffles. The prime rib was nice and tender. The chicken n'waffles were also good, the menu said it came with Maple syrup. However I think the sauce I received was more like a teriyaki sauce or somethingsimilar. I think it complemented the dish better than maple syrup would have. We each got an alcoholic beverage, as well. Nocomplaints on that end either. Read more

Stopped in to give Stella's another whirl. While I was unimpressed by the bruschetta, the flatbread rocked my world. Adorned... with oil, cheese, bacon, balsalmic, and an absolute mountain of fried brussels sprout petals, every single bite was flavorfuland decadent with a wonderfully crisp mouth feel. The "Sconnie" old fashioned was another high point of the meal. It combines aclassic brandy old fashioned with a traditional brandy slush. Behind each sip of this remarkable cocktail, you can almost feelWisconsin's rich heritage wash over you. Also refreshing was the visable community Stella's has formed with their staff. Duringmy stay, I actively watched their team work together to provide their customers with the best possible service. Refreshing tosee in such a stressful environment as food service. Read more

Stella?s is a favorite of my wife and mine?s. The service is always fantastic and bruschetta never disappoints. The spicy... Italian sausage and shrimp pasta are tasty. Quiet atmosphere. A little on the pricey side but it?s worth it. Read more

Came to de Pere for the first time. We started walking around and found Stellas. We sat down for a drink in the outside bar... area. Haley greeted us. She helped us pick drinks. She listened to what we were looking for them quickly made suggestions. Ididn?t want anything too sugary. So she suggested this coconut rum with pineapple sting and it was puuurrrfect! She was superfriendly, immediately I loved her service to us. Very personable. We looked at the menu. Honestly we weee go into go somewhereelse for dinner and she quickly changed our minds. She talked about the menu. We made a reservation to come back. I had the beetsalad with blackened chicken breast. The chicken could have been a bit more moist. The star was the salad. Under the greens wasa hidden g. It was goat cheese! The citrus vinaigrette was amazing. The goat cheese melted or softened under the bed of arugula? It was to DIE FOR! I also had the French onion soup. The best French onion I?ve ever had. It was smooth like butter. The soupwas rich with flavor. Hubby had the wagyu tenderloin. It was his first time having it. I had told him how it was the best cut ofbeef out there. He loved it. He ordered it medium but got med well. For an expensive cut they need to work on making it correct.Otherwise our night in the patio was perfect. Good food, good conversations with other diners made it great. Will definitely beback when in the area. Read more
