My mom likes this place.
You don't get what you pay for here. One section of my sub didn't have any meat. I asked for more meat and they just looked at... me and kept making my other subs. I'll go to firehouse or Jimmy John's where you get what you pay for. This place has gone down.Customer service is awful. I spent $40 and now I have to select a tip, really? Why? Always good, like the new menu.
Worst experience I?ve ever had. We called the place and told them that they messed up all our subs, and we got unnecessary... attitude over the phone. The employees there did not listen or care whatsoever. We had 4 subs made, and not one was right. Buthow can someone mess up a ham and cheese sandwich? It didn?t have cheese on it, and they even put TURKEY on it. Honestly it wasfunny, but since we had to pay for it, we found it rather irritating. We will not be coming here again, and beware of theemployees and don?t expect this place to be ran in a professional manner. Read more
