I tried leaving a review online on their websites and I can't because the store number is not on the receipt and also because... one website always says, "UH OH something went wrong please try again later". This Taco Bell leaves me disappointed too much. Wereceived all items, but it was obvious they skimped on the ingredients, which left us disappointed again. Awhile ago it was acrunch wrap, this time it was all our tacos and my quesarito. I want to know why. Was it because the portion sizes changed thisyear, is it the company trying to save money, or is the staff not trained properly or angry we ordered late at night? Read more

It was a super weird experience. We went in the lobby and all the lights were off, the menu board was off but there was one... customer with food so we figured we'd order. There was one gentleman working the drive thru but we heard shouting and swearingin the back. Seemed obvious that there was a personal altercation happening. After about 7 minute wait the drive thru gentlemantook our order. He started working on the food and then two employees and a manager showed up. One visibly upset worker took ourfood and slammed it on the counter. The arguing continued, still swearing while me, my daughter and this other customer were inthe lobby.... The new afternoon/night shift staff is great. Especially Vernon, I believe his name is. Very respectful, outgoing, uses maam and... sir, and never rushes to take your order. When he's working, I know our food will be hot and the order will be correct. Read more
Upon pulling up I just asked for a 5 layer burrito. Im not sure if i said something wrong or I upset them but this was my... burrito. Found out why. They put a regular taco inside of it and folded it in fourths. Come here if you like this service. Read more
I have gone to this place so many times and keep repeatedly getting disappointed. I ask for sides of nacho cheese and if they... fill them up like they should. They reply yes and then I get mine less than half full....this has happened over and over again.I normally call and complain because I specifically ask about it because it happens so often...long story short the last timethe manager would not help and then said they were closed and to check back later...so disappointed Read more
Unlike some Taco Bell's in Green Bay, this place has fresh veggies on the tacos giving them that great taste like when I was a... child going to Taco Bell with my parents. Great cashier, people who care about the quality of their work! Awesome. Read more
A few times they have messed up my order but overall they are pretty accurate. Their drive thru and parking lot is literally... garbage with an extreme amount of pot holes. Your car will thank you for parking and grabbing your food from inside rather thangoing through the drive thru. Read more
