We live 12 minutes from this store and they don?t deliver to Linwood. Simple Simons doesn?t deliver here anymore either and they... are 20 minutes away! Hoping Pizza Hut will reconsider! Fermented Pineapple. We ordered a pineapple pizza and the pineapple was rotten. Yes, the pineapple was literally fermented. I'm... not sure how this happens. I understand things happen. So, I called the restaurant to let them know the pineapple on the pizza Ijust bought was inedible. They responded by apologizing and asking if there was anything else they could do. They didn't offerto replace the pizza or refund our money. I wasn't trying to get free food or anything, so I wasn't going to ask them. I wantedto give them an opportunity to make it right. I would have totally been okay with the grievous mistake if they would have justoffered to fix it. But no, they didn't. That is why I have to leave a 1-star review. Sorry, Pizza Hut. It's been real, butafter years of providing your restaurant with business, it's time for us to part ways. Read more
I went to this place out of nostalgia for pizza hut restaurants of years ago. It had been a while since we sat down at a pizza... hut. The food was good. Their pan pizza, served fresh on order, is great. However, there are signs that this restaurant istransitioning to carry out and delivery only. They were very understaffed and the attentiveness of the wait staff was simply notthere. It was almost as if we were interrupting their workday. Next time, we'll get delivery. Read more
Was all right. Was dead, no one to seat us but a driver pointed sit where you want and pointed "There's the menus.." Than walked... off. They had used some of the tables for folding their boxes. Finally Cody came over, he looked scraggy, messy, and lookedunprofessional like the rest of the crew including the manager shirts untucked stained wrinkly, blue jeans rolled up over untieddirty shoes - pretty much looked like they threw on uniforms from a dirty clothes pile. Cody was good ... Just confusing like hewas having a hard time understanding when we placed our orders. Food came out pizza came no spatula, no plates, asked if weneeded anything we said the spatula, plates, utensils, cheese, pepper, and he looked at us confused. I said the pizzas hot Idon't wanna just grab it. And it finally clicked. Everything was hot and fresh. We were the only ones there until this oldercouple came in sit in the booth right next to ours and my gawd they talked loud, they pulled their phones out watching them andthey still talked to each other over the phones. Went on until we left. I'm sorry but the food is great but the store andemployees all look gross and unclean. Read more
OMG!!! it's busiest day of the year for the Super Bowl and you don't open till 4pm! I had order my pizza in Bonner Springs hubby... had to go get it! I agree no delivery and no other place deliver either! Money being wasted! Not to make money startdelivering!!! Read more
