2nd time they delivered my order and was missing items. Both times had to call back and have them deliver my missing items. Even... tho they redelivered my missing items the delivery guy said they probably just mixed both order of fries in the bigcontainer...um no the big container had my wings not fries..only had a single order of fries not double thanks for blaming thecustomer delivery guy who also forgot my soda also. I order from this pizza hut location about 1 time a week, usually on Sundays. This particular location makes it like you see on... advertisements. It is always perfectly made and very delicious. Read more
This Pizza Hut location is owned by a disorganized undercut owner. Every single time I order there is a mistake, products are... missing, orders are incomplete, this communication issues, sometimes they don't even show up for deliveries and say that theydidn't even realize the pizza was still sitting on the counter at the store! I don't understand the work ethic these days.... Read more
you could offer me a free pizza family box. the first time i had went upon opening i had a problem with the order I had ordered... a pepperoni and sausage and received a sausage and mushroom. I had went inside to the manager to see if i could get the correctorder said she was unable to make any corrections bc the company did not allow her to. I had been twice here in the past monthsense this occasion that was about 6 months prior and both visits the results seemed both the same, seemed dried out, not veryjuicy with melted cheese and not a lot of flavor. Im unsure of why because we have been to several pizza huts in the area andhave always enjoyed the pizza from any of the other locations. the staff seemed friendly at this store on the past two occasionsbut the pizza seemed to each time be the same result. thank you Read more
I ordered a Brooklyn pizza last night it was suppose to have sausage, chicken, bacon, peppers and onions. Sausage pepper and... onions were a good quantity, there were a few pieces of chicken and really no bacon. Other than that pizza was very good. Justwish my toppings I ordered and paid extra for was on pizza. Read more
