Never been inside but they often timed mess up our order
I've never been to this location but thought I would check them out. Service was fair at best, but I could tell a lot of staff... were new. I received my order, chill dog and shake extremely fast but the hot dog looked like it was either nuked to the extremeand or was in the sun for 2 days. The chilli sauce was WAY above temp making it almost impossible to eat let alone trying tobite through that rubbery hotdog.. I still ate it all being I was hungry even though the fear of the runs lingered in the backof my mind! so 3 stars this time around we will try again next week. ( Recommendation Pending. ) Read more
This location has now hired enough workers to open the inside dining again. The dining room is clean and the staff is getting... better at inside service. Glad to see that. We have decided if places don't offer inside dining with no masks that we don't gothere. Our choice maybe not yours. Read more
The person at the window was rude. First off it started with missing a drink. How do you have 4 meals but only 3 drinks? And... then when you pay for a bacon cheese burger since we all know bacon doesn't get on a sandwich at a cheap price. Then you forgetit all together. And then the presentation of the burger looks like my toddler could have done a better job at the assembly ofthe sandwich. Then shove every thing all into one bag so that way everything inside of the bag is smashed. Very disappointedwith the whole experience there. I personally don't think that I will be dining there again. Because it is just disappointing tosee how that dairy queen has come along. The food always used to be something that you enjoyed seeing now days it isnt goinganywhere but down. Hopefully with enough people standing up to that kind of service something will change. Read more
I used to love going to Dairy Queen but because they mess up my order every time I go there I stopped going. Well tonight I was... hungry for it so I went there on my lunch break 8:45 pm n ordered a meal. However they messed up again. Not only was the friescold but there was cheese on it when I asked for no cheese n I didn?t even get my drink. When I tried calling they had the phoneoff the hook. Something needs to get done about this. Very very unsatisfied. Read more
