ordered my food online. picked it up and got home. my turkey and guacamole had no guacamole on it. i called them and asked... about it because a month ago the same thing happened and they had forgotten to put it on so i had to go grab it. which is no bigdeal mistakes happen. but tonight i get told that oh sorry i thnk we are out of guacamole. The subs were good, but the woman who made then unfriendly, the one who put condiments on very nice, the one on register not... helpful at all...had restaurant.com app. She had no idea how to use it and asked the one who made the subs, who didn't careenough to figure it out. We finally said forget it! Also, bought 2 12 inch subs, but only needed to add a 6 inch, instead of 12.Would have thought it should've been free, since it was buy 2 footlongs get 1 free. Worst Subway sandwich Ive had in awhile. Apparently "a little bit of ranch" means soaking the sandwich in ranch so it drips... everywhere. I enjoyed my ranch sandwich. Also...distancing in line is a good concept that other Subway locations are doing. Butnot DeWitt. They keep pushing people along and stacking us all up in line while our sandwiches wait to be made. Me and girlfriend went to get dinner and the lady was bashing the salt and pepper shakers together when we asked for salt and... pepper on the sandwich and my girlfriend isnt even supposed to be having that much salt and my girlfriend also said it was likeshe was eating small clumps of salt/salt piles with every bite she was taking . she never wanted to barf so much in her life. . if your going to work at a restaurant at least do your job the correct way .....this is very disappointing 100% all the way Read more
