Don't normally complain on line about a business. If I have a bad experience. I don't go back. I have lived and worked in West... Dearborn over 30 years. Frequent the 7-11 often. 3 times in the last two weeks I've went in and walked right out. The entireplace is dirty, smelly and disgusting. They have lost my patronage. Read more
The owner and the workers are very rude and slow they have you pack your own doordash orders or you sit and wait.

11:30 a.m. on a Wednesday morning, you would think that they would be ready for lunch. So I stopped in for a quick bite. Upon... walking in I was greeted by a customer standing at a cashierless counter. A minute or two went by before an employee made anappearance. She was too busy with boxes to even acknowledge the lady at the counter. A second employee appeared minutes laterto finally assist her. A beer delivery must have arrived earlier in the day, 1/3 of the floor space was taken up by boxes ofbeer. So much you couldn't move around the store. Fountain and slurpee drinks area was a complete mess. Floors look like theyhaven't been mopped all day. The fresh sandwich selection was only two kinds, Italian and poor boy. The rest of the shelf wasempty. Like they don't know how to place orders or they just refuse to put new stock out. Roller grills look like they haven'tbeen cleaned in days. I would not even think about buying a hot dog from this place. The hot food selection was sparse. I askedfor a chicken tender and the cashier got me the most burnt looking one. 8 MONTH UPDATE. Sunday afternoon, 3pm, still no onesays hi, but the store smells of fresh food. While it's a hot day and everyone was getting a Slurpee or Big Gulp the area wasclear, everything was working and no noise from the back telling of empty product. The floors were recently cleaned and thegrill no longer looked like it was cleaned with chunky peanut butter. In fact the items were fresh and plentiful. I almost gotone. I instead went with the fresh looking pizza as it was on sale. The cashier was pleasant and rang everything up quickly. This store has redeemed itself. Read more
Store has really went down hill! Always filthy dirty. Also spilt pop and slurpee all over the counters and floor. So you know... it?s not sanitized regularly if they don?t even mop or sweep let some wipe the counters. The entry door is covered in fingerprints and sticky. Bring it up to their attention and they get mad at you as if your the one that can?t do your job properly!!Store needs new management and a staff that cares about cleanliness!! Nasty store Read more
