I was looking forward to going to "31" Flavors and a was very disappointed to find that under the "false advertising sign" they... only had 20 flavors not the, advertised, 31. My son, his fiance and I stopped in this Baskin Robin's for some ice cream on October 12, 2021. It used to be 31 flavors but... they only had 8 different ice creams available to choose from. So we were just going to pick from those available and I askedfor a banana split. He said "no, we dont have." I said what dont you have? He said we dont have. Again I said what dont youhave? I would give this place a 0 if I could. This location is so slow for no apparent reason. But enough about that, let's talk about... my experience today. I went through the drive-thru line for 2 scoops of Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Ice Cream in a cup. Once Iwas given my cup, I drove about 30ft away from the window when I realized my Ice Cream doesn't look to be what I ordered. Itwas cars behind me so I parked and decided to go in the lobby area to exchange it. I was greated by a male that asked me whatwas wrong. I asked him is this like a new cookie dough you carry now. I showed him the cream and he says that's our cookiedough. He also stated that's always been our cookie dough, that's how it looks. He says wait a second then a women comes over.She asks how could she help me. I assume she was in some sort of leadership role. She asked what the problem was because I camein holding Ice cream in a cup and I had questions about it. I explained to her that this isn't what I ordered. She asked whatwas my order. I said 2 scoops of cookie dough. She looked at it and assured me that I indeed had cookie dough. I said no thisisn't cookie dough. She says unfortunately sir it is. I then disagreed with her again. A young girl then interjected, she saysI scooped the cream and that is our cookie dough, let me show you. She walks me over to the cream and points. I said, that'ssays "VEGAN" Cookie dough. So now you give people Vegan cookie dough without telling them when the ask for cookie dough. Shesays well that's all we have. A young male standing near her overheard us and said, No, do you want this sir, while pointing.There it is sitting there "Regular" cookie dough. I said yes that's it. The girl that scooped my 2 scoops looks at the regularcookie dough sitting there. She didn't say a word. Not a sorry or apology or my bad, nothing. Wow! Pulled up at 840pm. Doors were locked. People inside eating food. My kids and I sat there googling to find another location... to get ice cream while the other customers stared at us through the window. Must have been friends of the workers. Well, I?llnever spend a penny there Read more
I ordered a dozen donuts. The donuts were not fresh, but I didn't find out until we got home and ate them. They were very dry.... The girl at the counter was rushing me to select Donuts although I was the only customer in the store. Right after I said Iwanted a dozen donuts she said, would you like to select them. I said, yes, give me a minute. 30 seconds after I said give me aminute she's says, what would you like? I said, let me make a phone call to see what others in my household would like. Shesaid, okay. While I'm on the phone and its literally ringin, she says what would you like? I held up a finger to say hold on oneminute, she nodded, paused and said, what would you like? I ignored her until I was sure of my selections. When I left there wasstill no other customers. I surely will not be returning. Read more
Disappointing. Two servers had a hard time figuring out counter coverage. Counters dirty. No ice cream quarts or cakes in... display refrigerator. Had to tell the server my order three times, and she still had it wrong. Had to wait 10 minutes to getrefund for second sundae that I didn't order. This BR has been in the same location for many years, and I'm not sure I'll visitagain. Too bad. Read more
They were charging $1.50 per scoop instead of $1.31 as advertised on social media. The employee who assembled my cone didn't put... any ice cream in the cone itself, so it wasn't stabilized and one of my fingers went through the side and then the top-heavy twoscoops shifted and the cone crumbled and I had to catch the whole thing in my hands so it didn't fall on the floor. Croissant breakfast sandwich are nasty I had to throw mine away
