Our server, Adrian, was AMAZING! She easily provided the best service i have ever had at bdubs and I?ve been coming here for... over a year! I was definitely served cold boneless chicken. When I told the bartender all she said was ?I?m sorry?.. instead of asking to get... me fresh chicken or even showing a bit or concern or care. Due to that I didn?t order anything else, not even a drink. Butinstead of causing a scene (which I easily could have) I just paid for the cold a$$ chicken and left. $10, no tip. They don?t cook their wings throughly on Tuesday?s. I?m pregnant asked for my wings to be cooked well done. I was told they... could not do that because it would back up their kitchen the restaurant wasn?t crowded and a customer asked for well done foodshouldn?t be a issue. I ordered hoping it would be cooked and as expected the chicken was not cooked throughout and the skin wasstill not done. The manger told me that they can?t cook it like that on Tuesday but any other day they can. I will not be goingback because I refuse to get sick because they want to rush and push out chicken.
