Our server, Adrian, was AMAZING! She easily provided the best service i have ever had at bdubs and I?ve been coming here for... over a year! She had drinks right away, always kept them full full, beer still had a topper, appetizers took less than 10 mins-food less than 20 (nice and hot)AND she was SUPER FRIENDLY. Awesome job???? Read more
I was definitely served cold boneless chicken. When I told the bartender all she said was ?I?m sorry?.. instead of asking to get... me fresh chicken or even showing a bit or concern or care. Due to that I didn?t order anything else, not even a drink. Butinstead of causing a scene (which I easily could have) I just paid for the cold a$$ chicken and left. $10, no tip. They don?t cook their wings throughly on Tuesday?s. I?m pregnant asked for my wings to be cooked well done. I was told they... could not do that because it would back up their kitchen the restaurant wasn?t crowded and a customer asked for well done foodshouldn?t be a issue. I ordered hoping it would be cooked and as expected the chicken was not cooked throughout and the skin wasstill not done. The manger told me that they can?t cook it like that on Tuesday but any other day they can. I will not be goingback because I refuse to get sick because they want to rush and push out chicken. I didn?t tip them because the waitress didn?tasked if I wanted anything else actually she seemed like she was in a rush to go because again the restaurant was dead. Read more
Our experience was decent until we got the bill. The server was cordial but not very attentive. When the food came some items... were incorrect so it took a while for everyone to get their food. Because there were 8 in our group a 18% gratuity was builtinto our bills which is pretty customary BUT when someone ordered a carryout order from our table an 18% gratuity was added tothe carryout order as well. After inquiring labout the 18% on the carryout, we are told that had our friend ordered from thepickup counter there wouldn't have been a gratuity charge but since she placed the order through our server it was subject tothe gratuity rule & couldn't be removed. First of all, why not say up front that a gratuity is going to apply to a carryoutorder? Secondly, how in the world is in not possible to remove a charge? Second time here and the food was really good. We got One Appetizer of nachos with no meat which was really good and we got... large fries and 20 piece tradtional wings. 10 Original buffalo and 10 garlic parmesan. The wings are so crispy even though theywere stacked with sauce which made it really good. Also the orginal buffalo i dont think it was hot enough. Wings wasn?t cooked properly. By the time I got home box was falling apart I was hungry and upset. The price of the wings are... already high enough I wouldn?t expect for the box to fall apart. Honestly I pay for what I want and this place has completelywent downhill from the prices to the food the quality just isn?t there anymore?? Read more
