I took my granddaughter and she had a blast..chucky came out and took pics with the babies..the new card system they have setup... to pay for how how long they can play the games and the tickets go on the card I thought was a smart move...only down fall forme was the prices were kinda high and no ranch for salad..,the manager came around and checked on everybody and helped cleanedthe tables off!! Staff is friendly but the game selection is light in comparison to other chuck e cheese I've been too. Also 30 dollars for a... large pizza and 2 drinks is outrageous. With all that being said it was clean and most the games worked and we had fun. Alsothey now do game cards by the time as an option so that was great as well. Read more

I took my grandbaby for her 1st time and she had a ball. The customer service is always amazing.
My kids really enjoy this chuckee cheese location. They used to stamp your hand at the entrance (matching your childs) for... safety purposes. They don't do that anymore. I think they should bring that back. Just like anywhere else, prices have also goneup recently. For the type of establishment, it is as clean as it can possibly be. There are several games and the staff isfriendly. We have always had positive experiences here. Read more

Seems like there are less and less play machines when I take my children, the price is constantly going up on the unlimited play... passes, I spend about 100$ on only play passes and because of the price hike I stopped buying food from there and to see afterall the playing we've done we still didn't have enough tickets to get a decent prize. It's a scam now. Kids get bored fast withtheir options they have left and I'm sad to see chuck e cheese go, as a child for me it was the most enjoyable part was thecoins and getting all the tickets to get a great prize.
