Horrible customer service. Not a care in the world for the food or drinks your paying for. Donuts were tossed in the bag upside... down for the chocolate to melt to the bag. The bag of donuts and coffee were practically thrown into our car. Got home only torealize they forgot a straw, had to go back. Then had to go back a second time after realizing the donut error. Holy cow I usually go to tim hortons for bagels and cream cheese. I went here and ordered the usual 2 bagels with cream cheese.... The bagels were huge. Stacked with cream cheese. I could only eat 1. So good. Read more
The worst possible service. Won?t be coming here again. They don?t know what they?re doing at all. When trying to order and use... coupon, they stare at you like nothing while you?re scrambling trying to figure it out how to obtain it yourself. This is a great location, with a crew operating efficiently and pumping out accurate orders on time. I almost never have... issues, but on the rare occasion I do have one, they always make it right immediately, exceeding my expectations.
