Anybody who gives this restaurant a poor review must be entitled. I have been to this shop many times. The parking lot is very... bad but their is a free parking garage less than half a block away. These workers are fast and I have not had a bad experienceordering here. Wish the delivery distance was farther but I guess it wouldn't be freaky fast with a big delivery range. Read more
I had a bad experience and naturally I left feedback on the provided website on the receipt thinking the owner or manager would... contact me about said issue. It's been sometime so I contacted the store myself and was given the run around from the "manager"who claims he was just going to call me. Obviously he wasn't since I had to contact him myself just to address the issue. Whenspeaking to him about the issue I had he decides to defend the employees rude behavior claiming the employee is new and somehowthat excuses rudeness and bad customer service. Never going to this Jimmy John's ever again, terrible customer service. Horrible management, I was forced to contact the manager... for my issue only to have him defend his employee because he's new apparently. That doesn't excuse rude behavior, the employeedoesn't need training for that. Read more
To even get into the parking lot is absolutely awful, there?s no directionality of where to go and people end up stopped in the... middle of the parking lot. also when i order something and i PAY for it i expect it to be in my bag at pick up and when it?s noti am not happy. The sandwiches are great and the delivery drivers are always pleasant and smiling. However, on multiple occasions I have... received my food with the kickin ranch open and spilled all over the bag.. on the sand which, the chips, everywhere. So far, I've had two bad experiences with this location. Ultimately- I'm going to find another store and stop ordering... delivery. 1st one- i ordered with instructions to text after arrival, leaving a cash tip on the porch. 45 minutes later- i geta text from the driver- 'would you like to add a tip to your order?' 2nd one, ordered with instructions to text after dropoff-not a word. I checked my porch an hour later and found a squirrel eating my sandwich. Yet another half hour later i finallyreceived a replacement. Read more
This Jimmy Johns sold me a sandwich dressed with lettuce that was more brown than green. They get two stars instead of one... because they refunded my money without much fuss, but I would have rather had a sandwich. Read more
