This is literally the last place you want to come to get a pizza, long wait times. Even if you call it in!! Rude ignorant... cashiers, they're on their phones or short staffed more than half the time. Oh and depending on who's working they'll cancelyour order or not serve you if you complain about the wait time or service. Really will have you bout to catch a felony??????????? hard pass... Ordered through the app. Arrived at the store at the pickup time. Only one employee was working and the little bit of time she... was in the front, she was yelling and screaming at the lobby full of customers. Was then told all pizza orders had a 1-2 hourwait. Because I ordered through the app, had to call customer service to cancel the order. 30 minutes on hold and they promisedto refund my order. Never got the pizza and customer service didn't refund my order. Will never go back. Read more
Food is good but if you value your time go some where else. Kind staff but slow. Probably over worked.

WAIT IS TOO LONG and they STILL SCREW your order up. I'm sitting in the parking lot now after waiting 1 hour plus. I ordered 4... pizzas a specific way... because you can't specialize online and THEY DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE! Get my pizzas and the girl justhands me 3 pizzas for my $50+ dollar order. I asked where was my other pizza. She tells me they didn't make it. ???? The otherperson checks my receipt and hands me my 4th pizza about 5-10 mins later. If you're short staffed, hire some competent staff(managers) who are attentive, and polite to your customers! Also where are the vegetables on my pizzas? I got a veggie and 2Supreme, ALL WITH HARDLY NO VEGETABLES! Cut more or DO WHAT'S NECESSARY to give people the amount of food the expect and DESERVEfor their money!!! I ordered two pizzas and paid for them online. They only gave my husband one of them and didn?t even give a refund for the other... pizza. They never, ever have ?hot and ready? pizzas ready at this location either. Save yourself some headache and go to adifferent location. Read more
They waited until I got to the store to tell me they had to cancel my online order because they didn't have the dough for my... pepperoni cheese breads. The app told me my food was ready for pick up. This was very unprofessional & gas cost to much. Theydidn't even try to offer me something else. She just refunded it. Read more
